If you refer a purchaser for a Starlane Home in any participating community, you (the referring party) may receive $5,000** The referred party (the purchaser of the home) may receive $10,000** in upgrades, in addition to any other entitlements in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (the “APS”), if any, at the Design Centre.

In order to participate in our 5-Star referral program, the referring party must visit the sales centre or model home for the specific community in which their referred purchaser is purchasing the home, along with the referred purchaser at the time they sign their APS, and provide their deposit and post-dated cheques.

At the sales centre, the referring party and the referred party must both sign a referral form.

**Full terms and conditions for Starlane’s 5-Star Referral Program.

  1. The referred party is purchasing the home without any cooperation or representation from a realtor/broker.
  2. In order to receive the $5,000 cheque and/or the $10,000 Design Centre credit, the parties must qualify with the terms and conditions noted herein.
  3. The referring party must attend the sales centre/model home at the time the purchaser enters into the APS and provides the deposit cheques and sign all appropriate forms/documentation as may be required by the Vendor. The sales office staff may ask for valid ID to properly identify the referring party.
  4. The referred party must sign an APS and provide a deposit cheque and all post-dated cheques as per the Vendor’s schedule (amounts and dates may differ based on the community and/or the type of home being purchased).
  5. The referring party will be notified to visit the sales centre or model home to pick up their cheque after the first deposit clears. Cheques must be picked up in person within sixty (60) days of receiving notification that the cheque is ready for pick up. If the referring party fails to pick up the cheque as noted herein the offer expires and the Vendor and/or the sales agent have no further obligation to make said payment.
    • - Only the referring party who signed the form is authorized to pick up the cheque. Valid ID will be required in order to verify identity of the referring party at pick up of the cheque.
  6. The referred party will receive $10,000 in upgrades, in addition to any other entitlements in the APS, if any, which will be applied during their visit to the Design Centre when choosing their finishes. This credit has no cash or surrender value. The referred party/purchaser will be required to sign an amendment to the APS to receive the $10,000 upgrade credit which will be conditional on the first deposit clearing the bank.
  7. This offer will be available for a limited time and can be amended or cancelled at any time. (any signed forms while the promotion is active will be honoured).
  8. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  9. This offer is only available in select communities and while quantities last.
  10. Parties will execute referral forms and/or amendments as may be required by the Vendor.
  11. One referral fee and upgrade credit per APS.
